Is IFH Connects a broker?
No. We are a broker-free platform that connects you directly with verified property owners. There is no brokerage — ever.
Is browsing free?
Yes. Browsing every listing, photos, descriptions and features is completely free. You only pay a one-time Connect fee when you are ready to contact an owner.
What does a Connect plan unlock?
A Connect plan reveals the owner's contact details, video tour and exact location, and lets you schedule a visit — for the validity window of your plan (Connect 7, 15 or 30 days).
How much do plans cost?
Connect 7 is ₹399, Connect 15 is ₹699 and Connect 30 is ₹999. All prices are GST-inclusive.
Do you guarantee the property is still available?
We ask owners to keep their listings current and nudge them to confirm availability regularly, but always verify availability directly with the owner before visiting or paying anything.
What is your refund policy?
Connect fees are refundable where a listing is found to be fraudulent, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Reach out to support and we'll help.
Should I pay rent or deposit through IFH?
No. Never pay rent or deposit through IFH. Any rent or deposit is strictly between you and the owner, after you have independently verified the property and paperwork.
